Welcome to "Anchored," an 8-week journey designed to redefine your approach to wellness. This isn't about checking boxes or temporary fixes—it's about grounding yourself in sustainable practices that align with your deepest values. At KALO, we believe true wellness starts from within, and through this challenge, you'll build a foundation that supports your body, mind, and spirit for the long haul.

This 8 week curriculum begins September 29th and ends November 4th, 2024. It includes:

-Kick-off call with Jourdan & Niccole (Sept 29th at 10am MST)

-M/W/F “drops” providing short videos, details and weekly practices to implement

-Anchored Workbook to guide the weekly principles (we'll cover the nervous system, gratitude, breathwork, hydration, nutrition, recipes, local and sustainable farms, circadian rhythms, morning and evening routines, mindset work and self compassion as the foundation).

-Workout Plan

  • Includes video tutorials for strength workouts via app

  • You are also welcome to commit to your own form of movement as well - you are not required to follow this plan

-Community support and guidance in private group chat

-Coaching and recommendations from the entire KALO team
